Pershore & Worcester Regional Qualifier 2026

Pershore Swimming Club and Worcester Swimming Club are delighted to welcome friends new and old to our Regional Qualifier at Perdiswell Leisure Centre taking place 6th > 8th March 2026.

Parking Information

Parking at the leisure centre is free of charge and there should be plenty of availability.

🏟 Venue & Pool Details

  • This is a level 3 short course meet.

  • We are limited to 260 spectators’ seats and these will be available per session (£5 per person) and per day (£9 per person) on a first come, first serve basis.
  • To access the pool: enter via reception → turn left

🎟 Poolside Passes

  • Poolside passes can be collected at the ‘Tech Desk’ upon arrival which is located in the top right-hand corner of the spectator area.
  • Poolside passes must be worn visibly at all times while on poolside so that our Health & Safety stewards can clearly identify authorised personnel.

🍽 Lunch & Meeting Room Access

  • Lunch will be available for poolside pass holders and volunteers from the end of the first session on Saturday and Sunday
  • We’ll be using one of the leisure centre meeting rooms for the and lunch area. This is located at the rear of the building.
  • Please do not leave any personal belongings in the meeting room between sessions — lockers are available in the changing rooms for safe storage (Bring a padlock)

🏟 Swimmer Information

For Session 1 (Friday pm)

  • All swimmers will be stationed poolside

For Sessions 2 > 4 (Saturday / Sunday)

  • Individual swimmers will be stationed poolside
  • All other swimmers will be stationed with their respective team in the sports hall
  • Only officials, coaches and team managers with accreditation are permitted access to the sports hall, no parents will be permitted access
  • The sports call is typically cooler than all other rooms in the leisure centre, we recommend bringing enough clothing to keep warm and dry throughout the day
  • All swimmers located in the sports hall will require a camp chair or similar, swimmers stationed poolside can use the available seating

Withdrawals
Please notify us of any withdrawals as early as possible by emailing jay.goodison@worcestersc.co.uk or by reporting to the ‘Tech Desk’ (located in the top right hand corner of the spectator area)

  • Friday: Cut-off for withdrawals will be 90 mins prior to the start of the session.
  • Saturday: Cut-off for withdrawals will be 90 mins prior to the start of each session.
  • Sunday: Cut-off for withdrawals will be 90 mins prior to the start of each session.

  • Friday – Session 1: Warm Up 18:30 Start 19:15; Finish approx 21:00
  • Saturday – Session 2: Warm Up 13:00; Start 14:00; Finish approx 17:00
  • Saturday – Session 3: Warm Up 17:30: Start 18:30 Finish approx 21.00
  • Sunday – Session 4: Warm Up 12:30 Start 13:30 Finish approx 16:30
  • Sunday – Session 5: Warm Up 17:00; Start 18:00; Finish approx 20:30
