The next long course training session will be on Saturday 21st February at Coventry…. back at our “normal” time slot i.e. 11am – 1pm
The session will again be open to all swimmers from Junior Development, Junior County and Senior County squads…please just rock up, there will be no “sign up register”
The cost will be £5 per swimmer and you will need to make your own way to Coventry…I suggest sharing lifts where possible
Whilst I am mindful that this is the same day as Round 2 of Winter League, I would still encourage all swimmers selected for the gala to still attend the long course session please… this remains a key time of the year for training ahead of County Championships (March) and our key target Open Meets (April/May), so training comes first!
